Dr. Toulouse is a Washington native. He attended college at Whitman College in Walla Walla, graduating with honors in chemistry in 1976. He attended Medical School at St. Louis University from 1976 to 1980. He completed his internal medicine residency in Omaha, Nebraska at Creighton University.

He moved back to this area in 1983 and opened his own practice in internal medicine. In 1997 he joined Southlake Clinic. Dr. Toulouse is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He enjoys all aspects of internal medicine and has an interest in preventive care and cholesterol metabolism.

Dr. Toulouse lives in Burien with his wife and their four teenage children. He is an avid runner and can be found at Greenlake on any given Saturday. He even occasionally gets his children to run with him.
