A
Heritage Of Excellence.
For more than three decades, our doctors and nurses have been serving
the residents of South King county. We opened our doors in 1970
as Valley Internal Medicine with a goal of providing personalized,
state-of-the-art care to our patients. To meet that goal, we have
continually expanded, adding new specialists, new services and
new locations. Now known as Southlake Clinic, we’ve grown
to be the largest multi-specialty clinic in the area.
Frequently Asked Questions.
Q: Why did you change the name of the clinic?
A: We have been serving patients in this area as Valley Internal
Medicine since 1970. However, over those past 30 plus years we’ve
grown, adding physicians and specialties that no longer fit the “Internal
Medicine” label. We needed a name that covered all of our
work – from primary care to our many specialties.
Q: Why did you choose the name “Southlake
Clinic?”
A: Because we provide care to those who live and work in South
King County, south of Lake Washington. We wanted a name that
showed our commitment to our local community. And we think
Southlake Clinic has a nice ring to it.
Q: What is Southlake Clinic?
A: Southlake Clinic — formerly Valley Internal Medicine — is
a medical group providing individualized primary and specialty
care to those who live and work in South King County. A trusted
member of the local medical community for decades, Southlake
Clinic focuses on providing exceptional service, with state-of-the-art
medical treatment and a caring staff.
Southlake Clinic’s select group of physicians work together
to provide complete care for patients. With an extensive group
of leading specialists and primary care physicians, Southlake
Clinic can meet patients’ healthcare needs now and in the
future.
Q: Is anything else changing besides your name?
A: No. We are committed to providing the same excellent level
of care to our patient community. We will continue to improve
our services and facilities as we have been doing for years. |
